Extreme Suspension and Performance warrants to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. Extreme Suspension and Performance does not warrant the product for finish, alterations, modifications and/or installation contrary to Extreme Suspension's instructions. Extreme Suspension’s kits are designed to be used in conjunction with Extreme Suspension’s shock absorbers. When not used with Extreme Suspension’s shock absorbers, the suspension warranty maybe voided. Extreme Suspension’s products are not designed nor intended to be installed on vehicles used in race applications or for racing purposed or similar activities. (A "RACE" is defined as any contest between two or more vehicles, or any contest of one or more vehicles against the clock-whether or not such contest is for a prize). This warranty does not include coverage for police or taxi vehicles, race vehicles, or any trailer towing applications, or vehicles used for governmental or commercial purposes. Also excluded from this warranty are sales outside of the United States of America.

Extreme Suspension’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Extreme Suspension’s option of the defective product. Any and all costs of removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. Extreme Suspension does not warrant products not manufactured or supplied by Extreme Suspensions and Performance. All other products will be covered by its corresponding manufacture.

Limited lifetime warranty on Extreme Suspension’s shock absorbers and stabilizers. Extreme Suspension and Performance warrants each new shock and stabilizer against factory defects in material and workmanship (except for finish, including the shock boot) for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the units were originally installed.

Vehicles modified for off road use may roll over. Modifications made to your vehicle suspension and tires for off road use may raise the center of gravity and change the handling characteristics of the vehicle. Such changes can increase the risk of accident through loss of control and possible rollover.

Advantages of higher ground clearance in off road use include a better view of terrain which allows the drive to anticipate problems, greater suspension travel which allows a vehicle to traverse rough terrain, and increased protection to vehicle parts such as oil pan, gas tank, drive train and chassis.

Although vehicles which as modified for off road use may be equipped to handle the off road environment, they are generally not designed for cornering and maneuverability on the highway any more than low slung sport cars are designed to perform under off road conditions.

Therefore, it is imperative that you familiarize yourself with the special driving characteristics of your modified off road vehicle. If at all possible, avoid sharp turns or abrupt maneuvers. If you fail to operate your modified in a safe and conservative manner, you and your passenger may suffer serious injury or even death if control is lost and the vehicle overturns.

Always be sure to wear your seat belt and shoulder harness. Insist that your passengers do so as well. Seat belts not only help to protect occupants from injury, but also keep the driver behind the wheel and in control when operating in rough terrain.

Extreme Suspension and Performance reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications or to make product changes as deemed necessary without prior notice. Obligations or liabilities will not be assumed with respect to similar products previously advertised.

Every effort has been made to avoid errors. However, if there are any specification or application errors, we must disclaim responsibility.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Extreme Suspension and Performance. Returned products must be shipped prepaid. Modified or used products are not eligible for return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Freight (shipping) charges are not refundable.
